STEP 1: REGISTER

The first step is to register with the OXed portal.  Please go to the right menu and create and account for yourself.  

Once you created your account you can start communicating with our editors straight away.  

 

STEP 2: SUBMIT

To submit your article for editing, clicking on Submissions. You will find an internal secure email system where you can upload your manuscript and submit it to the OXed editorial team, stating your requirement and delivery timescales.

 

STEP 3: ASSESSMENT

The designated editor for your work will assess the manuscript in terms of its English language quality and get back to you to advise the timeline for the editing and supply you with a quotation. You are also provided with a page of sample edited work free of charge.

 

STEP 4: APPROVAL AND PAYMENT

Advise the editor that you were happy with the quotation and the timeline and you will receive a paypal invoice for the payment. Once the payment was made the editor will proceed with the editing. All major credit cards are accepted by paypal.

 

STEP 5: DELIVERY

Upon payment, the editor will commence working on your manuscript and will deliver the edited file back to you on or before the specified deadline. You may contact the editor for unresolved remarks or doubts to request a part review. We will also provide you with a Certificate of Editing, which you can later submit to your journal along with other submission materials. The Editing Certificate is requested by some of the referred journals.
